Job Descriptions

Job Summary: This is a mid-level accounting and office management position in audiovisual technology company. In this position you will manage front-office operations in a company with 17 employees and gross sales of $2.4 M. You will work closely with all department heads and support staff. This position may lead to a role of financial officer or executive assistant as your operational knowledge develops.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

  •  Maintain company financial records using QuickBooks
  • Payroll
  • Purchasing
  • Customer invoices and collections
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Government agency reporting
  • Job profitability analysis
  • Some Human Resources functions
  • Maintain company memberships, state certifications, and track annual events.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Knowledge of standard accounting practices
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
  • Minimum two years of experience using QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Credentials and Experience:

  • Associates degree
  • Three years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Job Posting: This is a sales position in audiovisual technology and an associate-level position. In this position, you will service existing accounts and prospect and develop new clients through needs analysis, development of sales proposals for audiovisual, information technology, other communications systems, and industrial-level drones (UAS). Target clientele will be in corporate environments, education, and other markets.

A good knowledge and interest in audiovisual technologies is desired along with people skills. A pilot’s license will be required for drone sales; training provided. The account representative will create sales proposals for their prospects and follow the fulfillment process through delivery.

The position includes generous base pay, full company benefits, and bonus structure.

Responsibilities and Duties include:

  • Outbound and outside sales
  • Logged calls and appointments
  • Weekly sales reports
  • Act as company representative to all
  • Provide accurate, helpful, and a high level of service to customers
  • Heavy computer usage to enter and summarize project details.
  • Create price proposals for client presentations.
  • Maintains files of active orders and posts activity such as change notices, scheduling changes, partial shipments, and credit changes.
  • Attend industry conferences to network and develop industry expertise
